Ideally, we like to be involved during the planning stages, before construction begins. Getting involved early gives us the opportunity to review the plans, discuss lighting, power, data, heating, EV charging and other requirements, and make sure everything is considered before the pre-wire begins.

Absolutely. In fact, we encourage homeowners to walk through the house with us during the pre-wire stage. Once the flush boxes are installed, it becomes much easier to visualise where switches and power points will be located. This gives you an opportunity to make adjustments while the walls are still open.

Not necessarily. We can help you work through the electrical requirements as the project develops. Having the major decisions considered early is helpful, but there will still be opportunities to refine the details as the house takes shape.

Absolutely. There are often things you may want to add or change as you live in your home. It's worth considering these requirements while the house is being built. We can discuss things like EV charging, solar, batteries, networking, security and audio visual requirements. We’ll make sure the necessary provisions are in place while the walls are open.
